Overcome the overthinking making your tech role a thankless grind. Outgrow the self-sabotage keeping you from the career you know you're capable of.

“With Chris’ guidance, I was able to bring structure to what was previously a chaotic plan.” - Santiago, Visual Designer

You’re tired of needing to prove yourself. Become sure of yourself.

People trust your work. You still worry they’ll see through you.

On the inside, you second-guess the work, soften your point in meetings, and hesitate when opportunities come up. Later, you replay it all, and it feels paralysing.

I have worked in fast-moving tech environments while feeling like an imposter. I pushed harder, stayed longer, and still felt like I was falling short of my own expectations. I had to figure out how to outgrow ‘fake it ‘til you make it’, the drawn out, painful way.

Now I help high achievers in tech outgrow the patterns keeping them stuck so you can skip the long detour and own your voice when it counts most.

Stuck in a similar pattern? First step: book a free Career Game Plan Call. In 45 minutes, we’ll map exactly what’s keeping you stuck, so you’re clear on your next step towards a fulfilling career.

“I came away from my sessions with Chris with a better understanding of what I need to be fulfilled in a professional setting.” - Laura, Trade Planning Manager

Who is Chris?

I’m a coach based in Cork, Ireland, accredited by the International Association of Mind Coaches. I support clients worldwide to overcome overthinking at work, imposter syndrome and self-sabotage. My approach is practical and future-focused, using structured change work to help you shift the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that keep you second-guessing and holding back in your career.

Practitioner Credentials

In 7+ years of tech leadership at Apple, Indeed, and komoot I experienced the demanding, fast paced roles firsthand and saw how tech environments can create self-doubt. That's what led me to begin training in 2018 under expert practitioners who shaped the field of personal transformation: Richard Bandler, co-creator of NLP; Brian Colbert, one of Europe's leading consultants in personal growth; Owen Fitzpatrick, leading authority on belief change; and Tamara and Mark Andreas, who specialise in human centred personal transformation.

Academic Credentials

My formal training was done through a rigorous academic programme at University College Cork. I completed both a Postgraduate Diploma and a Master of Science in Personal & Management Coaching. My MSc thesis explored the boundaries between personal and professional identity and how imposter syndrome erodes a person's self-image, finding it to be widely misunderstood and often falsely treated as a confidence problem. Deep academic research uncovered new ways to support clients’ imposter experiences that most other approaches miss.

Laura Stoker, Web Design Consultant, completed the 5-week programme,
built to help you overcome the self-sabotage pattern holding you back.

“There becomes a point where I'm just sick of standing in my own way!

Now, I'm just not scared to try things.

It feels like a muscle that's getting stronger, so I feel like this isn't even going to be the end result.”

Stop overworking and get guilt-free evenings back

Speak up in meetings, without second-guessing yourself

Shadows cast by a metal fence onto a brick wall in sunlight

Trade people-pleasing for self-respect

Embrace opportunities with calm confidence

Especially if you’re:

Worried if it’s too late to change

Stuck going around in circles

𖦹

Spending days off dreading the week ahead

Detached from the work, and want to feel proud of it again

*This is not for you if you’re after quick fixes, silver bullets or trading life for 60-hour weeks.
